We are experiencing a increase in collaborative law cases in New Jersey as well as an increase in the number of practitioners throughout the State. From its infancy in 2006, we now have 5 Collaborative Law Groups throughout the state. In addition, we are seeing a surge in requests for collaborative law cases because it is less expensive than traditional litigation and cases resolve in far less time.
